Hello everyone.

We at Waggy Tails Doggy Wash have an action plan if any of our beloved clients are unfortunate enough to be in isolation.

The only time we won’t be able to assist is if we enter isolation.

We ensure we are compliant with the laws as they currently stand.

Our plan is fluid to suit each person but is along these lines;

• We message you the night before reminding you we are coming the next day.
• You advise us you are in isolation.
• We send you a message when we are on our way to you and give you our estimated time of arrival.
• We ask you to secure your pooch out the front for us to collect.
• We also ask you have your garage door open so we can access power.
• We set up and collect your pooch.
• Once we have completed our service we will clean up, back up and secure your pooch in the same manner you did earlier.
• We complete and leave an invoice in your letter box for bank transfer.
• We message you as we are about to leave so you can come out to collect your baby.

These can be altered to suit. For example we had a client in isolation whose dog was not a runner.

They opened the door, whilst we were well clear of it and the dog came out the front to us.

We did the same upon completion of the wash.
